RULES:
1) Character Changing is PROHIBITED unless special permission from ME beforehand.
2) Side Characters are allowed, but you must do a PERFECT job on the application. You only have 1 strike on this one.
3) HP/MP/SFE Limits must be followed. You level up every 100 posts. Get 100 Life Force and 50 Energy Every Ten Levels. Plus 10 SFE every level starting with level 2.
