Damage: 2x Damage of Any attack
Effect: The Opponent will get 2x damage from the users attacks.
Cost: Mp 1/4 for 2 post. 2/4 for 4 post, 3/4 for 6 and all for 8 post.
History: The Eye Of The Sharingan Runs through the Uchiha Clan. Itachi Was one of the few to be ever this skilled with the Sharingan. His Younger Brother Sasuke Also Holds the Power of the sharingan but lacks the Forseeing eye.
