Well...I like it, but the whole Weapon, skills, forms, etc. limit per level is kinda annoying...>.>

Make it so you can have more than what you currently have per level, like 3 or 4 weapons a level

I do like the damage restrictions though, only problem is, too big of a mana gain per level, it makes it all battles skill based.

Not necessarily. I'm going to get really strict on the amount of Energy required to deal a certain amount of damage. like 1/4th your level's energy to deal 1/5 your level's life force
